The adit goes in a fair way until you come to this grill that blocks off the last part of it. The adit does continue in a fair way beyond this grill, but it's in poor condition. There are drives that go left and right from this point. We took the right drive. |

Geraghty's Mine - Stope Foot Holes
We soon came across a large stope. See those black marks? They are foot-holds that the miners used. See that ugly graffiti? This is one of the reasons that the mine is now closed-off to the public. |
